Space Station |
The second International Space Station serviced by a second generation Space Shuttle. Much larger that the first Space Station, the modules are more easily rearranged and replaced about a backbone of modules that are also easily rearranged and replaced. The grid nature of the backbone also allows expansion. Under construction is an interplanetary spacecraft using the same modular design. |
