Luna One, 2005 AD. By this time, the first few modules had been delivered. They were pre-fabbed modules similar to the recently completed International Space Station Freedom, delivered by robotic landers and lifted into place by robotic crane. They were then covered with Lunar soil to protect them from radiation hazards.

Luna One, 2015 AD. The first permanent buildings had been constructed. They were built from pre-fabbed panels, delivered by robotic landers and assembled in place by an astronaut crew. They included several basement levels which provided protection from radiation hazards. The buildings were connected above ground by travel tubes and below ground by tunnels. The first landing pad and hanger structure was also build by this time. The solar array farm was also starting to grow.

Luna One, 2019 AD. Expansion continued. The solar array farm was insufficient to provide the needed electrical power, so construction began on the nuclear power plant in an adjacent crater.
